Application:
1. Nano tungsten disulfide powder can be used as an additive for high temperature grease, after adding tungsten disulfide powder, the grease has high dropping point, high oil film strength, low friction factor and other excellent properties. It is also used as additive for coloured and black brushes in carbon industry. It can also be applied to super-hard materials and welding wire materials, as well as applied to solid lubrication in aerospace (-270 ℃ ~ 1300 ℃, only WS2 can resist this temperature in cosmic lubrication), aviation, military and other fields;
2. Nanometer tungsten disulfide can replace the application field of molybdenum disulfide and graphite, and the use is wider. And molybdenum and tungsten are the same family of chemical elements, tungsten is heavier than molybdenum quality and more stable chemical properties;
3. Nano tungsten disulfide powder for lubricating grease solid additives will be 1% to 5% of the ratio of the powder mixed with lubricating grease, can enhance the lubricating performance of lubricating grease and high temperature extreme pressure performance. Spraying can be carried out at room temperature, the coating is 0.5 microns thick. Alternatively, the powder is mixed with isopropyl alcohol and a viscous paste is applied to the substrate.
